As soon as the payment or cheque has cleared the order will be processed and photographs will be sent by first class royal mail post (or DHL Express delivery can be arranged) to the address provided by you. Please allow 10 to 14 days for payment clearance, order processing and delivery. If your order is urgent then fast track processing can be arranged to suit your deadline.
Overseas Orders
Orders can be shipped outside the UK, please contact before placing your order for shipping fee details.
Returns
Please note that Buyers must notify us of any desire to cancel the transaction within 7 (seven) working days after the day you receive the items for a refund. The customer will be responsible for all postage and packing costs both to and from our premises. No refunds are given for postage costs. An assured delivery method is recommended when returning items. The item MUST be undamaged, in its original condition and in the original packaging please.
If any item is damaged, you can return it to the order processing address within 28 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging please.

Environment
To help minimize environmental impact, as much material and packaging is reused, reduced and recycled as possible. Plastic carrier bags offered to customers are made from oxodegradable film with d2w additive which means they disappear completely in 2 years. Independently, over £1000 has been raised for the Woodland Trust to help protect Britain's trees.
Printer ink cartridges are donated for recycling to the registered charities Leukaemia Research and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI - Saves Lives At Sea). For each ink cartridge the charities receive a donation of £1 (LR) or up to £4.50 (RNLI).
To request freepost ink cartridge recycling envelopes for your home or business, to help either of these charities, just telephone the Recycling Factory on 0800 091 0696.
