All photographs are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act and no unauthorized use is permitted. Any breach of copyright will be fully pursued. Permission is always required before any use - please contact me and I will be happy to help with print or licence enquiries.
Please ensure the following copyright picture credit appears next to, or on an acknowledgements page, in any publication (as governed by the rules of Copyright/Right to be Identified as the author of a photograph section):

Payment methods
Prints and Gifts can be purchased online via Paypal on the Gallery page using all major and debit cards, with payment handled through the preferred Paypal system "the safer, easier way to pay" - click the logo and scroll down to "Start using Paypal today" or go to "http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk" :
Cheques can be accepted drawn on a UK bank account payable to "Silverport Pictures". Please post to the order processing address below with your name, home address, telephone number, image code number (eg 0907270249), brief photograph title, and size:

Cash or Cheques (accompanied by card) are accepted at the Shop.
Delivery/Post and Protective Packing
Orders can be collected Free from the Shop (see Shop Premises page for address and opening hours).
* please remember to add the following amounts to orders placed online:
Tariff A) Up to £5 add 50p
Tariff B) Orders between £5 and £10 add £1.50
Tariff C) Orders between £10 and £50 add £9.95
Tariff D) Orders between £50 and £100 add £14.99
Tariff E) Orders over £100 Free
For Example: 12"x 8" Framed Print = £39.99 + £9.95 = Total to pay £49.94 please.
As soon as the payment or cheque has cleared the order will be processed and photographs will be sent by first class royal mail post (or DHL Express delivery can be arranged) to the address provided by you. Please allow 10 to 14 days for payment clearance, order processing and delivery. If your order is urgent then fast track processing can be arranged to suit your deadline.
Overseas Orders
Orders can be shipped outside the UK, please contact before placing your order for shipping fee details.
Returns
If any item is damaged, you can return it to the order processing address within 28 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging please.
Environment
To help minimize environmental impact, as much material and packaging is reused, reduced and recycled as possible. Plastic carrier bags offered to customers in the shop are made from oxodegradable film with d2w additive which means they disappear completely in 2 years. Independently, over £1000 has been raised for the Woodland Trust to help protect Britain's trees.
